**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop product plans and roadmaps for energy storage systems and related subsystems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields; preferably with a Master's degree.
- Deep knowledge of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and its subsystems including power electronics, battery management systems, thermal management, energy management software, electrical protection systems, mechanical integration etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in product development within the energy sector is preferred.
