We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager at either our Adana or Ankara office. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, innovative thinking, and strong leadership skills to contribute to our success. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the regional sales budget, creating tailored sales strategies, conducting market research to drive effective plans, managing customer portfolios, leading the sales team towards achieving targets, monitoring key metrics, coordinating after-sales services for optimal customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships within the industry.

To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably engineering) with at least 8 years of experience in cooling system sales. Proficiency in English along with knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP is preferred. Additionally, experience managing customer portfolios and leading field sales teams is essential. Strong presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, advanced planning abilities, excellent communication skills, time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
