As part of our global expansion efforts, we are currently seeking a dynamic Country Sales Manager to drive market penetration in Turkey.
As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key customer accounts, advancing product life-cycle management, and crafting registration strategies tailored to local market dynamics and crop conditions. Your role will involve developing strategic plans to engage with key clients across Turkey, driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches, leading negotiations with key accounts for long-term partnerships, monitoring market trends and regulatory developments, providing regular reporting on sales performance, representing the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility, and upholding our commitment to sustainability and quality.
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Business Administration or related field (advanced degree preferred), a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the Turkish agricultural industry, experience working for internationally renowned companies or well-known agricultural firms like Bayer or BASF is preferred. You must also demonstrate a proven track record of success in building customer relationships, strong understanding of agricultural practices and regulations in Turkey, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is required along with willingness to travel as needed.
