Monitoring Specialist

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an Engineering faculty with a strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT operational processes. Proficiency in English is required to actively lead meetings. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for this role. For male candidates, completion of military service or having it deferred for 2 years is necessary. Knowledge of API Gateway, Web Services, API, JSON, XML for the Integration team and SQL Management, Mongo DB, Jira, Pycharm, SAP applications for the Monitoring and Product Support teams is preferred.

As a System Monitoring Specialist at Nuevo Softwarehouse, your responsibilities will include monitoring technology systems and infrastructure on a 24/7 basis across 3 shifts to ensure service continuity. You will be responsible for managing Incident Management, Case Management, Alarm Management, and 24/7 Monitoring Support processes within the technology environment. Handling cases opened by the Technology Operations team through the ITSM Tool by resolving them or escalating unresolved cases to L3 teams for further action will be part of your daily tasks.

Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring alarms around the clock, taking defined actions when necessary, and promptly informing solution teams. Sharing operational needs related to process improvements observed in managed operational processes with solution teams for implementation and follow-up will also be crucial. Night-time processes must be monitored closely to provide immediate intervention in case of issues that require resolution.

• Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış yada 2 yıl tecilli
• Monitoring ve Product support ekipleri için SQL Management, Mongo DB, Jira, Pycharm, SAP uygulamalarında bilgisi olan

• Teknoloji sistemlerinin ve altyapısının servis sürekliliği kapsamında 3 vardiya düzeninde 7/24 izlenmesi
• Teknoloji içerisinde Incident Management, Case Management, Alarm Management ve 7/24 Monitoring Support süreçlerinin işletilmesi
• ITSM Tool üzerinden Teknoloji Operasyon ekibine açılan caselerin çözülmesi, çözülemeyen caselerin L3 ekiplerine yönlendirilerek takibinin sağlanması
