Account Manager

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team at ZEISS Türkiye in İzmir. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales and application activities related to our OPT (ophthalmology) product range within your assigned territory and customer base.

Key responsibilities include presenting and selling the OPT product range, organizing product demonstrations effectively to facilitate sales opportunities, negotiating discount levels within company guidelines, identifying new sales prospects, preparing customer presentations and proposals, following up on leads promptly, developing sales action plans as part of marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, providing customer training and troubleshooting support, forecasting sales numbers accurately, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving any concerns or complaints promptly, communicating feedback to internal stakeholders effectively, and ensuring compliance with company values.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's degree in a science or business field along with at least 5 years of experience in Ophthalmic sales or clinical environments. Proficiency in ophthalmic surgery knowledge including cataract procedures is essential. Strong communication skills are required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and fluency in English. A valid driving license with active driving experience is also necessary for this role.
