We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a solid background in financial services or oil and gas sectors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in data analysis roles, with a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights. Experience working with Big 5 consulting firms such as BCG, Bain, Strategy&, or PWC would be advantageous.

As a Senior Data Analyst at Connecting Minds, your key responsibilities will include analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth, developing interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations aligned with business objectives, implementing machine learning models for predictive insights, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have advanced skills in SQL, Python, R Studio, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. You must also possess excellent communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly. Additionally, certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate would be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
