Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President, Business Development to create strategic business partnerships and drive new revenue sources for the company. Expanding the company’s business across work environments, helping build customer relationships, and assisting the President in maximizing the operating performance of the company. As the VP of business development, identify and explore potential areas of growth.



Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or investments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and industry influencers.

• Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, licensing deals, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

• Develop and manage budgets related to business development activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.



Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.

• 6-8 years of experience in the UAE working experience in business.

• Strong understanding of the crypto industry and/or fintech industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

• Significant experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

• Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Chinese
