As the Head of Product, you will orchestrate the development and success of our products, ensuring they serve the needs of our partners, Real Estate Professionals, and our business, while maintaining a delightful experience for property seekers interacting with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision and Roadmapping: Craft and execute a forward-looking product vision and roadmap, aligning with Property Finder's strategic goals and anticipating future market dynamics.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and foster collaboration across design, analytics, sales, and customer experience teams to conceive, develop, launch, and refine high-impact products.
Product Accountability: Assume comprehensive responsibility for your product suite, ensuring relevance, impact, and alignment with both B2B and B2C audiences across all touchpoints.
Objective Setting and Execution: Collaborate with the VP to set clear organizational objectives and key results (OKRs), translating these into actionable and measurable goals for your team.
Quality Assurance and Release Management: Guarantee the excellence of each product release, overseeing testing, training, and cross-team coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market strategies, coordinating with Product Ops, Commercial, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches and adoption.
Innovation and Efficiency: Introduce innovative practices to enhance product development efficiency and ensure the successful management of the product lifecycle.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize key performance indicators to inform decisions, set up A/B testing, and conduct experiments to optimize product features and performance.
Leadership and Development: Model and instill Property Finder's leadership competencies and guiding principles within your team, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and excellence.

The Person
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of product management experience, preferably in the real estate or online marketplace industry.
Proven experience in guiding a product through its lifecycle, with a strong focus on building and implementing product roadmaps.
Experience in working with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of web, iOS and Android platforms.
Robust analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Proven ability to execute according to plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Strong ability to manage up and down, engaging in big picture thinking and C-Suite conversations.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.
Proficiency in English language (Arabic is a plus).
