Job Overview
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource & Administration functions including recruitment, employee relations, Insurance management, learning and development… etc.

Job Responsibilities:



Assists in the recruitment of Junior Level positions and sources relevant profiles using our company database and job portals, BAYT.COM, LINKEDIN and other social networks.

Conduct initial phone screening interview and confirms the candidates interests and budget for the position.
Administers and facilitates the assessments for shortlisted applicants “Excel, Typing, PowerPoint tests” when required and performs the correction and report the results.

Coordinate for the Face to face interview, collects & record the Interview feedback form and update the results sheet.

Coordinates pre-employment requirements and makes sure that the credentials and documents are available for visa processing, Follow-up with candidates on their visa status.

Coordinate with the PRO for new joiner’s visas.

Maintains and updates the applicant tracking sheet and vacancy status list and keeps tracking of each applicant status.

Maintains and update the CV’s database (Average 250 Application/Month).

Air Ticket booking thru authorized travel agents for our staffs as per business requirements.
Preparing attendance reports for the monthly payroll.

Handling the Group Medical Insurance for the Branch.

Substitutes the other HR officer during her absence and supports the other HR functions when required.

Performs other related duties as maybe required.

Qualification and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration in Construction, Engineering, or Contracting Company.
UAE Labor law Knowledge.
Government portals.

Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
