Responsibilities:
Pricing: Conduct thorough market analysis to competitively price vacant units, ensuring a robust lead generation pipeline.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on a set of criteria, prioritizing those with higher conversion potential during initial interactions.
Property Viewings: Coordinate with the operations team to stage properties impeccably prior to viewings and Utilize digital tools for virtual viewings, such as 3D Tours and Video Calls.
Closing Deals: Employ advanced sales techniques to convert prospects effectively.
Lease Management: Efficiently manage a portfolio of month-to-month leases, ensuring timely extensions and payments.
Sales Administration: Ensure all CRM administration is accurate and updated efficiently helping to quickly communicate to rest of the team important
Requirements:
Attitude: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or leasing role within the real estate sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred) and property management systems.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
