Finance Supervisor - Accounts Payable

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of AP Officers to ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, compliance with internal controls, and effective reconciliation of accounts and AP records. Your main tasks will include driving continuous improvement by enhancing Accounts Payable procedures, utilizing digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes. Additionally, you will lead projects, collaborate with other teams for better business outcomes, manage tasks such as invoice auditing, three-way matching, and AP-related reconciliations.

We are looking for a candidate who can maintain strong vendor relationships, recommend process enhancements, and contribute to team success. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable supervision within the finance industry. The salary offered is up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
