We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As an Account Manager at Watermelon Ecosystem, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, conduct regular meetings to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities within existing accounts, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate on promotional strategies tailored to client needs.

In this role, you will also stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. You will prepare and present regular reports on account performance, collaborate with internal teams on product launches and marketing initiatives aligned with client goals, and address any client issues or concerns in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within the F&B industry. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
