Our company, a leading construction firm in the UAE, is currently looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team in Al Ain. We specialize in water infrastructure projects, aiming to provide sustainable and efficient utility services to our community. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing these projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
As a Site Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing project plans for water infrastructure, conducting site assessments and feasibility studies, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution, monitoring progress, addressing delays or issues during construction, performing risk assessments, utilizing project management software effectively, preparing technical documentation for stakeholders and upper management, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
The successful candidate must have experience working with HDPE and DI pipes. They should be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, have excellent communication abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, be proficient in using project management software to track milestones and resources efficiently. Additionally, they must be able to prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly to changes on-site while maintaining a focus on safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
