Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at a leading hospitality brand in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, setting financial standards, mentoring a team of accounting professionals, preparing financial statements and budgets, managing audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP principles, and continuously improving financial procedures. You will also provide expert advice on management accounting practices, support the month-end and year-end closing processes, liaise with senior management to align financial goals with strategic objectives, and develop robust business processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, hold a degree in accounting or finance, possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in accounting software.

• - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Accountant.
• - Experience managing a small team of accounting professionals and handling audits.

• - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially in MS Dynamics and Excel.
• - Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
