As the Commercial Finance and FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives. Additionally, you will analyze financial performance trends and provide valuable insights to senior management to support key business decisions.

In this role, you will also act as a financial advisor to various business units within the organization, helping them optimize their financial performance and achieve their business goals. You will collaborate with different departments to provide financial insights and facilitate effective communication between finance and other teams. Furthermore, you will be tasked with building and maintaining dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track overall business performance.

The ideal candidate for this position is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a degree in Finance from a reputable university. You should have 3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail industry. Strong financial modeling skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required to effectively collaborate across departments.
