Senior Financial Analyst

Collaborate directly with the FP&A lead on budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities across the group. Utilize financial knowledge to build models, interpret data, and make recommendations. Analyze large datasets using Excel, develop reports and dashboards with Power BI. Drive process improvement and standardization while staying updated on industry trends. Develop benchmarking data for the leisure/hospitality industry.

• 6-8 years of UAE experience in FP&A
• Experience in leisure or hospitality industry preferred

• - Strong financial knowledge and business acumen
• - Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis
• - Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
• - Ability to collaborate and influence change
• - Analytical skills and understanding of financial processes
