Our client, a reputable organization in the financial sector in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is currently looking for a Director of Finance to join their team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and aligning financial strategies with market trends. As the Director of Finance, your primary responsibilities will include leading financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting processes. You will be tasked with developing and overseeing long-range financial plans, budgets, and forecasting processes to support business growth through sound financial insights. Additionally, you will analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will lead the annual budgeting process, prepare financial forecasts and models to support strategic business planning while managing cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations. Moreover, you will implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
