Engineering Manager/Head of Engineering

Responsible for General Process Procedure (GPP), plans, organizes and manages the Engineering process of the company/projects. Ensure adherence to company policies, manage project Quality Management, supervise proposals, contract design drawings, etc. People management includes defining roles, evaluating performance, mentoring subordinates. Desired candidate should have strong technical knowledge, experience in oil and gas industry, previous ADNOC experience, and ability to manage multidiscipline interface management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 17+ years of experience in oil and gas industry.
• Experience in managing engineering activities with Consultancy/ EPC Companies.
• Previous experience as Engineering Manager with ADNOC.

• - Strong technical engineering knowledge in oil and gas industry.
• - Experience in multidiscipline interface management.
• - Familiarity with ADNOC Group of Companies specifications and requirements.
• - Knowledge of Shell DEP, International codes & standards, and QSHE standards.
