Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Professionalism and Service Excellence
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business, balancing between sales strategies, customer experience, team leadership, and operational responsibilities
The Store Manager will lead all operational, business, and team aspects of the luxury fashion store, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards
Sales & Customer Experience:
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times and support the team in upholding the standards
Drive store sales goals and KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
Ensure achievement of financial and strategic objectives, while encouraging and supporting a continued focus amongst the team
Ensure that the team provides an exceptional in-store experience by building genuine customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations
Participate actively and positively in the elaboration of the budget for the Boutique
Participate in buying sessions and appointments; select a stock assortment which will provide the optimum choice for the Boutique’s customers
Ensure the efficient management of stock and control procedures
Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and in line with the brand's image and values
Financial Management:
Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets
Analyze sales figures and forecasts to optimize store performance
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to headquarters or regional management
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales associates and assistant managers
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting clear goals
Foster a positive working environment and ensure open communication among team members
Oversee daily staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak shopping hours
Ensure suitable and structured organisation and communication
Marketing & Events:
Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions, events, and VIP customer events
Stay updated with fashion trends, competitor activities, and market shifts that may influence business strategies
Operational Excellence:
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Manage inventory, including receiving stock, ensuring correct storage, and conducting regular stock takes
Coordinate with headquarters or regional offices regarding promotions, stock movement, and any in-store events
Ensure the store's adherence to all operational procedures and standards, including security, loss prevention, and health & safety
Community & Brand Building:
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values and image both within the store and the broader community
Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, VIP clients, and other stakeholders
Requirements
Competencies Requirement (Skills, Qualifications and Experiences):
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Soft Skills:
Strong understanding of customer service and luxury selling behaviors.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
A passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury market dynamics
Hard Skills
Proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
Arabic, fluent English

Professional and polished appearance in line with luxury fashion.
Proactive, with a can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
