Head of Sales

The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving annual order intake across maintenance, repair and overhaul spares and parts of pumps, steam turbines, and compressors. They will develop a detailed sales plan/strategy for the region and ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded. This position requires strong management and leadership skills to coach, train, and develop the regional sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical engineering background with experience in rotating equipment engineering services.
