The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, managing employee relations issues, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They will also assist in developing HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is highly desirable.
