Operation Director

The Operations Director for Fit-Out is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fit-out operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, team leadership, and continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Operations Director will be responsible for project management, budget management, team leadership, client liaison, quality control, health and safety compliance, reporting, problem-solving, and more. They will work closely with senior management to ensure successful project outcomes.

• - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Masters Degree is a plus
• - Minimum 10 Years experience as an Operations Director or similar role in the fitout industry.

• - Excellent project management skills
• - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
