As a Sr Process Engineer at LAHAB Defence Systems, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing strategic projects that enhance plant operations, process efficiency, and product quality. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to optimize manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards. By collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance.

In this role, you will be tasked with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve plant uptime and reduce waste. Leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0, you will work towards optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce variability. Additionally, you will conduct risk assessments on existing equipment/processes/facilities as well as for new facilities to ensure operational safety and sustainability.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
