Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of luxury hotel projects from inception to completion. This includes leading pre-contract activities such as feasibility studies, project planning, tendering, and contract negotiations. You will also play a crucial role in managing post-contract execution by providing construction oversight, ensuring quality control, managing costs effectively, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget constraints.

Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with developers, contractors, designers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field. With at least 10 years of experience in Project Management within the hospitality/hotel sector and a proven track record in PMC roles handling both pre- and post-contract phases. • 10+ years of experience in Project Management within the hospitality/hotel sector
• Extensive UAE experience with strong knowledge of local construction regulations
• Proven track record in PMC roles handling both pre- and post-contract phases
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
