A Catering Manager is required for a Top rated Lebanese Restaurant in Abu Dhabi
The Catering Manager will perform the planning and management of catered events. He/She will consult with customers to determine their catering requirements, supervise the catering staff, and coordinate the preparation and serving of food during events. He/She will also arrange for the transportation of the food and catering equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job role
- Experience in Lebanese and Arabic cuisines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of event planning and catering requirements
- Managerial and supervisory skills
- Ability to work with clients to determine the needs of the event
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
