HSE/Logistic Manager

As the HSE/Logistic Manager at Parsons, you will play a crucial role in advising and assisting Project and Construction Management in developing and managing health, safety, environment, and logistic plans for infrastructure work job site locations. Reporting to the Abu Dhabi Sector SH&E Manager, you will ensure that the project safety plan aligns with Modon and Parsons policies while complying with prevailing safety requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing integrated supervision of programs across separate construction operations.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related engineering field (or equivalent experience) along with 15+ years of relevant work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Manager or above is required. Additionally, candidates must possess OSHAD-OSHMS Practitioner A or B Grade certification and lead auditor qualifications such as 14001, 18001 & 45001. Proficiency in UAE Road Regulation, OSHAD System Framework, Traffic Police regulations, and Emirates of Abu Dhabi Work Zone – Traffic Management manual requirements is essential.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related engineering field with 15+ years of related work experience in HSE, including 7 years as a Manager or above. EHS related Master’s Degree is preferred. OSHAD- OSHMS Practitioner A or B Grade and lead auditor qualification 14001, 18001 & 45001 required.
