The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, along with an international professional audit qualification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CA. With 6-10 years of experience in internal audit, including previous work at a Big 4 firm being advantageous, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of auditing principles and practices. A deep understanding of both financial and operational processes is essential for success in this position.
Proficiency in audit management software, data analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office suite is required for effective performance as a Senior Internal Auditor. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also crucial for presenting findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
