Saipem, a renowned leader in the energy industry, is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. Our department ENCOS (ENCAR CONSTRUCTION) within the ENCAR business line is committed to excellence in project execution. As a Construction/Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and project objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning and managing construction activities carried out by subcontractors or through direct hiring. You will supervise multidisciplinary construction works to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, quality standards, and safety protocols. Direct coordination with project stakeholders such as subcontractors, suppliers, and clients will be essential for successful project delivery.
To excel in this role, you must possess a Mechanical or Civil Engineering Degree along with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the field. Proficiency in English language (level B2 / C1) is required for effective communication within the global team. Additionally, familiarity with Office Package and Autocad software is necessary to support project management tasks efficiently. Experience in Oil & Gas or Mega projects would be advantageous but not mandatory.
