Project Controls Manager (PMC)

We are currently seeking a Project Controls Manager (PMC) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring project progress, costs, and schedules while identifying issues and recommending corrective actions. Working closely with Project Controls Leads on each contract, you will assist the Project Director in developing the overall project master schedule and implementing effective project controls processes. Your duties will include providing project controls requirements for all contracts, reviewing contractor schedules and progress reports, facilitating planning sessions with contractors, and maintaining change logs for agreements.

To excel in this position, you must be proficient in managing people, communication (both written and verbal), negotiation skills, and have experience with Microsoft Office products. Additionally, proficiency in consultant cost and scheduling software is required. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in any engineering discipline or equivalent college degree with 8 to 10 years of industry experience. You should also have relevant experience in project controls leadership roles with demonstrated competency in understanding project controls processes.
