Switch Foods, a leading organic food manufacturer, is seeking a talented and experienced Head of Sales to join our fast-growing team. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets, and developing and implementing sales plans. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a strong background in the food industry. You should have a deep understanding of the organic food market and customer needs, as well as a track record of successfully driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. The ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including setting targets and providing coaching and mentoring
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales growth
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales strategies and tactics
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership

Requirements

Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales leadership role within the food industry
Strong understanding of the organic food market and customer needs
Track record of successfully driving sales and achieving revenue targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
