Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to take charge of overseeing all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful execution of ground engineering projects while adhering to quality standards and timelines.

Tasks

As the Project Director, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing project delivery strategies aligned with the company's objectives. You will establish project goals, policies, procedures, and standards while coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution. Planning workforce allocation, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining budgetary control will be crucial aspects of your role.

Projects Oversight

Your role involves providing on-site leadership to project teams, monitoring performance metrics, conducting key project meetings, and resolving issues promptly. You will oversee all ongoing site activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards. Your ability to analyze data, troubleshoot problem areas, and provide regular status reports will be essential for effective project management.

Profile & Background

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field along with a Project Management Certification. With over 15 years of experience in Ground Engineering Construction, you should demonstrate strong leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD, Primavera software knowledge, ERP Systems expertise, and excellent communication abilities in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). Prior experience in piling and foundation projects is mandatory for this role.
