Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise road construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and drawings.
Troubleshoot and resolve any construction-related issues.
Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Perform any other duties related to civil engineering projects as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in road construction projects in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
