Job Profile
The ideal candidate should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering with minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the expeditious execution, completion of high rise buildings
Experience in retaining walls, gabions, construction of channels for rainwater discharge.
Oversee the construction process and staff, maintaining Project Records, monitor the weekly, monthly reports and recommend corrective action, Develop and perform quality control procedures, Programme, Progress Control in order to complete the Project within the Time, Cost , Quality parameters.
Notifying the Contractor and Client on technical, contractual matters via regular letters etc.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
Ø Supervise and manage the daily activities of construction on-site
Ø Ensure that construction work is performed according to project plans and specifications
Ø Monitor progress of work and maintain construction schedule
Ø Manage the use of materials, equipment, and personnel on the job site
Ø Perform quality control inspections and resolve any issues that arise during construction
Ø Interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met
Ø Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
Ø Prepare and submit reports on project progress and status
Ø Ensure that all construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Ø Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
