We are Hiring a Projects Manager - Roads , Bridges & Infrastructure with minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience from UAE to handle multiple projects.


Job description



Define projects scope, goals, and objectives.
Develop a comprehensive projects plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
Coordinate with all projects stakeholders to allocate resources efficiently.
Hire and supervise construction personnel as required within the project.
Manage and monitor the projects budget, expenses, and cost control.
Oversee all construction activities, ensuring they are carried out according to the projects plan and quality standards.
Monitor progress, track milestones, and address any deviations from the plan.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction sites.
Provide regular updates and reports on projects status, issues, and risks.
Address and resolve any concerns or disputes that may arise during construction.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the project meets established standards and specifications.
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Address and resolve any unexpected issues that may impact projects progress.
Evaluate and manage change orders and variations to the original projects scope.
Assess the impact of changes on budget, schedule, and resources.
Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the client's satisfaction.
Conduct a thorough project closeout process, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of the infrastructure to the client.
Prepare and submit final projects reports and documentation.
Wide span of control to manage and administer every task, employees budgeting and the implementation of the projects plan.


Education, Experience, & Professional Certification



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
15 to 20 years experience as a Projects Manager in Roads, Bridges & infrastructure projects.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
