Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze survey reports and maps to plan projects and determine project specifications.
Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Supervise and direct construction activities, including managing contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective project coordination.
Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform project design and implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holder of Sharjah Municipality Approved Card (Must be Unlimited Floors)
Holder of Society of Engineering Card
At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a construction.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Strong technical skills in engineering principles and design software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of professionals.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
