Are you a gifted sales and marketing professional, who can set the direction and execute the Milk Based Beverages in UAE? Then you could be the person we are looking for as Senior Commercial Manager - UAE
You will join a entusiastic UAE sales teams in which MBB is a unique unit since the company has a specific strategic focus to accelerate MBB. The position reports to the Sales Director- UAE and will be based in the UAE offices of Arla Foods in Dubai.
Plan and execute the strategy for well-known and still-to-be-known brands
As Commercial Manager you will be operationally responsible for MBB business establishment and business execution. Whilst you have an immediate KPI of delivering the results according to the MBB UAE ambitions. In brief, your job spans commercial strategies, distributor and direct sales drive, budget management, customer insights and reporting.
Your prime objectives will be to obtain, establish and execute marketing and sales plans based on local category insight into MBB consumers, shoppers, customers, channels actions. You drive the annual budget plans and have directly P&L responsibility for your area.
Extensive Sales And Marketing Capabilities
You know the details of the entire marketing process and have hands-on sales experience either in the roles of sales, trade marketing, or marketing. On top of that, you have at least 5-7 years of experience with a global beverage organization. You have filled your toolbox with a wide range of solid standard and modern tools and know-how to operate in a sales and marketing matrix set-up. You have sharpened your business talent in a job as Key Account Manager and/or Distributor Manager and/or Category Manager in a beverage company.
This background has given you the skills to bring our products to market and drive well-known consumer brands to further success. You excel in the relationship-building discipline and thrive in the role of initiator and the mastermind behind your marketing and sales activities. Moreover, you have an open and positive mindset, communicative behavior, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
