Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead all sales & business development activities across all business segments in the GCC & Africa
2. Define actionable sales plans per distribution channel to achieve and exceed revenue targets & market share objectives
3. Lead, develop & motivate the sales team to improve customer service with clients.
4. Develop & grow the cross functional collaboration between brand, marketing, operation & finance teams
5. Develop, promote & track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives & trade marketing plans.
6. Develop and implement monthly trade marketing calendars with key business partners & track ROI
7. Design and implement operational models to ensure optimum alignment among business units and sales targets are met.
8. Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify best sales & marketing initiatives to ensure the company remains ahead of competition.
9. Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
10. Understand category-& retail specific landscapes and trends
11. Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
12. Prepare & present business monthly reviews (monthly sales forecast, Trade marketing planning…) to the management & the board
13. Outline quarterly & yearly objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships.
14. Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
15. Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
A self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales, business development.
In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions, accounts & products categories
Your duties will include managing & developing our sales team, developing & implementing sales plans, developing & implementing retail trade marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing & brand teams
and assessing costs and competition.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
