The Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales with extensive experience in both branded consumer sales and private label development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in distributor management, with a focus on the Gulf Countries and international markets.

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, including private label initiatives, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


Key Accountabilities:



Sales Strategy and Planning:



Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for the Gulf Countries and international export markets, encompassing both branded and private label products.
Collaborate with the executive team to set ambitious sales targets and objectives aligned with overall company goals.


Distributor Management:



Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in the Gulf Countries and international markets for both branded and private label products.
Cultivate strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective market coverage and successful sales outcomes.


International Market Expansion:



Lead efforts to expand the company's presence in international markets for both branded and private label products.
Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the company's position in the global market.


Private Label Development:



Drive the development and execution of private label strategies, including market research, product development, and branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of private label initiatives.


Team Leadership and Development:



Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's skills in distributor management, international sales, and private label development.


Qualifications/Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in branded consumer sales, private label development, and distributor management.
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required. (50%)
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry & international market dynamics.
