We are currently seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated Relationship Manager with a strong background in UAE real estate sales, capable of driving sales success and contributing to the growth of our real estate business. As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating client leads, counseling customers on market conditions, developing competitive market prices, creating property listings, and finalizing deals with customers for real estate financing.

Key responsibilities of this role include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, demonstrating expertise in real estate products and variances, utilizing CRM and sales tools effectively, providing excellent customer service throughout transactions, ensuring legal compliance during property transactions, achieving monthly sales targets, and collaborating closely with the head of Sales to drive business growth. Additionally, the Real Estate Sales Manager must possess specialist skills such as a Bachelor's degree in business (preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting), 8-10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, knowledge of Real Estate market dynamics in the UAE, proven sales record, familiarity with banking practices and regulations in the region.
