Job Description Overview of the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our Real Estate division. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, implementing strong financial controls, and partnering with business leaders to optimize financial processes and systems. What you will do: Responsible for: Financial Reporting & Standards: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely statutory and management financial reports (standalone and consolidated) for a complex legal structure. Ensure IFRS consistent application across all real estate legal entities. Oversee the review and recommendations from auditors, implementing strategies to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices. Control governance activities related to financial master data across the real estate businesses.
