We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to lead our small team in overseeing accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for our operations in the EMEA region, including UAE, UK, and Azerbaijan. The ideal candidate will work closely with various group functions and operational teams to ensure financial discipline that aligns with our business plan objectives.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all accounting, reporting, and tax activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with the finance community at AMOS, you will maintain high-quality financial reporting that is consistent and timely. Additionally, you will actively participate in the business planning process by administering financial plans, reviewing variances against actual results, managing working capital and cash flow in partnership with Group Treasury.

The successful candidate must have a degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 10-15 years of relevant work experience. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role as you will be leading distributed teams across geographies. Proficiency in SAP, SAGE50 or similar ERP systems is required along with strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS.
