As a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for handling import and export customs clearance and documentation across various modes of transportation. Your duties will include negotiating rates with forwarders, managing letters of credit, and ensuring timely shipments by liaising with internal stakeholders and forwarders. Additionally, you will maintain shipment records, prepare expense statements, and escalate any issues that may arise during the process.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of the FMCG business, Cosmetic Products, and Electronics industry. A certification in Supply Chain along with 2-3 years of experience in an operational role is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and Arabic are also essential for success in this position. You will collaborate closely with various departments internally to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
