The Finance Manager will play a critical role in the Corporate Head Office of ESAG. Responsibilities include overseeing complex financial processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading consolidation of financials, managing post-merger integration activities for newly acquired entities, supporting group restructuring activities. Key tasks involve group entities Audit Planning, Group Consolidation workings preparation/review under IFRS standards, Post-merger integration process liaison between acquired entity & ESAG Group. Other tasks include support with Real Estate Management Co. carve out & KSA Holding entities restructuring.

Key Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial management, consolidation, accounting, or audit. Experience in working with multinational organizations and handling complex consolidation processes is preferred. Proven track record in post-merger financial integration and managing external audit relationships is a plus.
