As an HR Operations Manager at Lobo Management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors across the region while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities of this role include identifying and sourcing new vendors strategically to meet business needs efficiently, evaluating and implementing new vendor management systems to enhance operational efficiency, monitoring vendor compliance with operational standards, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and vendors, leveraging knowledge of HR administration operations across the MENA region to align strategies with business goals, analyzing P&L statements and vendor financials to guide strategic decisions.
