The Project Director will be responsible for developing, updating, and implementing project-specific policies and procedures, adopting operational plans and budgets, monitoring project progress, managing work teams, controlling risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, evaluating performance, approving department payments, guiding project execution methods, reviewing completed projects for quality assurance, preparing reports on project activities, providing training and support to staff. The successful candidate must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree with significant experience in project management at a director level.
