As a Business Finance Manager at Skill Farm, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial processes across the dnata group. Your responsibilities will include setting annual budgets, full year forecasts, mid to long-term plans, and target setting. You will provide expert advice on business cases for new ventures, capital expenditure, and commercial agreements. Monitoring business performance through relevant reports and KPIs will be essential, along with ensuring a strong financial control environment is in place to protect shareholder interests.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Honours with relevant professional qualifications such as an MBA or Qualified Accountant. With a minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance management within large multinational organizations, you should have a proven track record of delivering value-added FP&A support. Your ability to lead FP&A activities during significant business changes and influence senior stakeholders as a skilled business partner will be key. Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerBI, and MS PowerPoint is necessary for translating data into impactful stories.
