Role Purpose
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of an e-commerce business in the Qatar & Kuwait market. Additionally, a successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the local market, culture, and regulations to effectively navigate the Qatar & Kuwait e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive online sales growth in the region.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, Customer Service, operations and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
Along with Merchandising and marketing team, developing and executing online promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
Monitoring and analyzing online sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
Developing and executing a growth strategy, managing relationships with partners and vendors.
Handling logistics and customer service.
Analyzing market trends to stay ahead of competition.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration or a similar field.
8+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
Having Kuwait & Qatar market exposure is a must.
Strong understanding of digital and ecommerce metrics, conversion funnels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
