As a CRM Manager at Cartier, you will be responsible for defining and deploying CRM strategies to maximize engagement and drive recruitment, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with Marketing, Communications, Client, and Commercial teams to promote a client-centric approach in all initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing CRM Strategy & Performance, campaigns, clientelling programs, client data insights, and transversal team management. Success in this role requires fluency in English, strong communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience in the luxury industry developing customer acquisition and retention strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
