Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission and goals.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product development priorities.
Lead, and manage a high-performing product team, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
Build the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to development, testing, and release, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research and usability testing to ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Define and track key product performance metrics, regularly reporting on progress to the executive team and stakeholders.
Good to have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 20+ years of product leadership experience in a software/product firm.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and lead high performers.
A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating
exceptional user experiences.
Proven ability to drive product success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
