As the Digital Project Manager and Marketing lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the efforts of our sales, operations, admin, and marketing teams to achieve our goal of doubling our qualified daily requests within one year. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves and dive into the details while providing strategic direction to the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination and execution of digital projects and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Manage an international team of 5 to 10 people, fostering collaboration and driving performance to meet project goals.
Source, manage, and grow digital freelancer teams to complement our in-house capabilities and scale our operations effectively.
Utilize your experience in high-growth startups to drive innovation, efficiency, and agility within the organization.
Leverage analytics and your organized mindset to track project performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate seamlessly with hybrid teams, including remote and international members, to deliver exceptional results.
Utilize your sales experience to contribute to business development efforts and enhance client engagement initiatives.
Proficiency in Google Sheets is essential, with experience in MySQL considered a plus.
Experience in creating and scaling businesses will be highly valued.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager, with at least 1 year of UAE experience.
Proven track record of managing international teams and working in diverse international markets.
Strong expertise in sourcing, managing, and growing digital freelancer teams to meet project demands.
Demonstrated success in a high-growth startup environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in utilizing tech tools such as WordPress (CMS), Hubspot (CRM), Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, BigQuery), Meta (Ads), and Adobe Creative Suite (CS).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Extraverted personality with corporate savvy, capable of driving results and getting things done.
